Every year around this time I look back and reflect on myself and my life directly around me. Did I accomplish anything that I wanted to, did I change anyone's life in one way or another?
Well this past year everyone is a year older, I have 3 kids in school and 1 at home with me. My husband moved his business to a new location and I took up selling(using)Skinny Body Care. It has changed my life in a few different ways. It has helped me achieve some non scale victories and some scale victories. I have lost 26 inches and 17 pounds since September. I wore an old pair of jeans that I had not been able to wear since before I got pregnant with my 4th child. I participated in a family photo(I LOATHE having my picture taken). One step at a time right?
SO this year I commit to losing weight and become healthy with my family! To be healthy and active is my biggest goal this year! Are you with me? Please comments below and join me this year to be the last year I say, "My New Years Resolution is........?

Here is my checklist: (I hope that because I am putting this down it will happen and I will come back to cross these things off my list!!)
- I will lose weight to be healthy, play with my children and go out in my husbands arms and not worry about what people will think of him and the woman on his arm
- I will organize my whole house. Everything will have its place.
- I will succeed with this blog.
- When Christmas rolls around next year I will have money saved and not do the last minute shopping that I always do!

Update on what has been going on in my life
It has been awhile since I posted and I have been in the dumps. On November 29th I lost someone very close to me. I know and understand that he is no longer in pain and that he is in a much better place. But it still hurts that I will not be able to see him in person, or hear his voice any longer. My Grandpa Earl passed away and I am coming to terms with that.
Grandpa Earl was a pillar of strength in my family. Everyone looked up to him, for he came from very meager beginnings and grew into quite the pillar of the community. He worked hard for everything he had and worked hard for everything he earned. When he was giving you some much needed guidance, he only told you once. I will miss him so very much. Now when I hear someone whistling I will think of Grandpa. He was always whistling and to this day when I whistle something inside of me calms me right down. I will miss you always Grandpa! Till Next time...<3
I wrote this thinking of you.
We thought of you with love today,
but that is nothing new.
We thought about you yesterday,
and days before that too.
We think of you in silence,
we often speak your name.
Now all we have are memories,
and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is a keepsake,
with which we will never part,
God has you in his keeping,
we have you in our hearts.
